We strive to keep adequate stock of all items advertised, but there are rare occaisions when an advertised item may be temporarily out of stock. In the event an item is out of stock at time of order, you will be notified of the backorder time and given the option of waiting on the backorder or receiving a full refund of your purchase price.

Our Return Policy

If we ship an item to you that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace or give a full refund for that item. All other returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number before you return any merchandise. Refunds for reasons other than damaged or incorrect merchandise will be less shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for reasons other than incorrect or damaged merchandise must be returned in unused and resaleable condition. Return shipping for reasons other than damaged or incorrect merchandise is the responsibility of the buyer.

Q: Will payments be charged to my Debit/Credit card immediately?
A: Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. There will be an authorization request placed on the card at the time of order to ensure the account is in good standing.
